Whether your stress is from your job, relationships, having too many responsibilities, or from disappointments you have suffered in life, having someone to talk to, someone who will give you honest, straight forward information, can be surprisingly helpful and uplifting.

This website offers  you many helpful ways out of stress and into relaxation.  My purpose is to enable you to discover and increase your own natural power and abilities and learn some very easy to use tools to enhance your life.

Allow me to introduce myself...My name is DyAnn Buechler and I hold a PhD  in Clinical Psychology/ Hypnotherapy along with a Masters in Educational Psychology.  My licenses are as a  National Certified Counselor and  a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I hold state counseling  licenses in WI and GA. I have been a professor at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, St. Norbert's College, as well as NorthEast Wisconsin Technical College.  I have worked in the field of counseling since 1985, specializing in stress management, relationships, depression, anxiety and ADHD.  I  hold workshops to help with weight reduction, reducing stress, dealing with trauma, dream interpretation, Universal Laws (IE Law of Attraction), regression work and parenting.

My philosophy is that the helping process should  first of all  be comfortable and respectful. I will provide customized ideas for you to ponder for your growth at a pace and in a manner that works for you.  When we work together it will "click". You will find it enjoyable, enlightening, and energizing.
